For Family Home Evening on Monday we went to Cabellas. It was even MY idea!! Holla! It was a blast they gave us tokens for the shooting range a scavenger hunt and 10$ off anything! And they gave us hats! Whaoooo!!

We toured a candy co here. We were really bored.

My parents came to visit! YippEe.

We went to my first pro football game. Hoping to see Max Hall play, but he didn't:(

Some girls that I play volleyball with are doing a Joy school. Kylie started today!




















Ok. Listen. Blythe put on the CuTest little birthday party ever! We have been anticipating it for a while now:) It was a blast and she let me make the cake with her wonderful mom, Nancy!! The girls get along so wonderful and we love love being with their family. I made matching bows for all the girlies and Chels was up with her little cutEr-Roo Chloe, so Reese had a little Buddie.

Did I mention... our cute little bungalow doesn't have a dish washer or laundry? Needless to say, my days get filled pretty easy doing dishes by hand (I'm not one to have them sit longer that a few hrs:) and carting bags of laundry and two darling little girls down a flight of stairs and 150 steps to the left, I did this 4 times today in 105 degrees. It gets hot. Really hot. But I really, really love it here. It feels good when your in the right place.

1st Day of school

Well the time has come and we are taking the plunge! AND WE ARE READY!! Bring it med school:) I'm so proud of Conrad and doesn't he look so cute with his little backpack??!! I just want to kiss those cheeks and fix him a little sack lunch in a paper bag with stickers all over it... just like my mom did.

Blythe, one of my BF's from HS is down in Chandler! It will be so fun to watch our kiddies grow and be friends over the next several years. The other night we went over for dinner, Blythe was gracious enough to bring out some hideous pictures from the glory years and we had a good laugh:) She even put together a AZ survival pack with sun screen and even a scorpion sucker!! Then the guys and little girlies went scorpion hunting! Needless to say, it was a blast.

Sorry but I can't get enough of This.

Here are some summer time picts. Looking at them makes me miss Houston and these cuties. Braxton got taken out by this sprinkler... They got a little muddy, I think that was the Lufkins doing:) Avri, Brax and Ky got to run the bases Astros game. And the girls played in the Gulf of Mexico. Fun summer. Great friends. Cherished memories.
